can a sausage give you the finger
eating breakfast
next to daisy
she says to her friend
do you remember
bob
who was having an affair
while going out with
that tall guy
who looked like jesus
with his long blond [sic] beard
and long hair
and he
was having an affair
with that guy
who was dying
of a brain tumor
and I think
there is no way
the rest of this story
can be as awesome
as that

Someone’s head just rolled
Down the grate but we go
To the farm
To the farm
To the farmer’s market
It’s Sunday after all
There’s asteroids falling
A bit of disease abounding
But who cares
We’re all free range here.
Dodging the groaning
Littering the streets
Hair in tighter-than-usual plaits
As if to say
There’s hell to pay
If I miss out on the
Organic broccoli like
Last week

Hyde Park. Noon.
Pigeon does well-timed s**t.
Pigeon is honoured as god of londoners.
Woman puts pigeon in bin. Satan
chuckles.
“IS THERE A GOD?” screams Cathy.
We scold her for over-reacting and
instead set up a Facebook event with
10 expletitives in the title.
Wii can. Nuts magazine. Bed.
