David says: Freak this week is based on a complete weirdo that we used to be scared of when we where growing up. He was probably a perfectly normal man who didn’t deserve our childish mocking (although he was about 45 and still lived with his mum and bred birds in sheds in his back garden).
I was struggling to think of a Freak and he was-unfortunately- who came to mind. I wont say his name, but people who grew up on the strange streets of Kempston in Bedfordshire may recognise him.
