Lindsey has kindly answered some questions:
What do you do?
I am a freelance Illustrator based in London.
Why do you do it?
I love to draw. Drawing always keeps me entertained because there are always new ways to improve and get better.
Who are your influences?
I love the work of Jill Calder, Hennie Haworth, Heather Gatley, Olaf Hajek, the list is endless! I also adore Egon Schiele’s linework.
What inspires your work?
Everything around me. Characters who I meet or observe, places, history, objects, patterns…
What do you like?
I like mechanical pencils, soya beans with chilli rock salt, smiles, beards and childrens’ drawings.
What don’t you like?
I don’t like tears, marzipan and crumbs in the bed.
